Reporting infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to newhitmovies56@gmail.com that includes:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. The exact web address (URL) of the page or link you want removed.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material promptly. We may pass a copy of the notice to the person who added the material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content and links added by anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.

Please do not send false or abusive notices. Misrepresenting infringement can carry legal consequences.
